Policies, Shipping Information, Returns and
Guarantee

Thank you for considering a purchase with us today. We want your
experience with us to be a positive one so we have put together
some guidelines to protect ourselves and you as the purchaser.
Please read through them before making your purchase with us
today.

In stock items are shipping within 3 business days of receipt of
payment. For custom items please check the items descriptions
for specific time frames on completion. Items are shipped only
to the address provided by PayPal. This protects both the buyer
and the seller in the event of a postal service issue. Please
make certain that your shipping address is correct in your
PayPal account. All items are shipped with delivery
confirmation. Our Shops are not responsible for shipping mishaps
and we strongly recommend purchasing the optional insurance in
order to protect your purchase.

Custom and in stock items are only returnable by the
original purchaser in new and unwashed condition within 14 days
of receipt, only for defects in workmanship not specified in the
product listing or mistakes that are the fault of the WAHM. Fit
issues are not considered a defect in items where measurements
are either listed in the item description or are provided by the
customer. We are happy to give you assistance in measuring your
child. Please contact us prior to making a return. Store
credit will be provided to the original purchaser upon receipt
of the returned item in new, unused and unwashed condition.
Shipping costs are non refundable.

We absolutely guarantee our product. If by chance a
problem is found within the first 30 days after purchase please
contact us immediately so that we can work together to rectify
it. Make sure you follow all instructions on care pertaining to
your item provided with your purchase. All guarantees are voided
if care instructions are not followed.
